laurenMeet Lauren Weiner, designer behind HeavyMetal by Lauren Weiner. Lauren creates one-of-a-kind masterpieces by reconstructing multiple vintage pieces into a repurposed work of art. She first began designing jewelry in 2010 when she took apart an old piece with a pair of pliers and remade it into something completely new. We’re obsessed with her chunky, eclectic pieces, seen on celebrities such as Natasha Bedingfield, Lauren Alaina, and the Steel Magnolias. We recently featured her in the Winter issue of VIE as one of VIE’s Favorite things, as seen here:
