I admit, I’ve been a little obsessed with wooden pallets lately. And with good reason. Reclaimed wood has so much repurposing potential, and the ubiquitous pallet is the perfect blank canvas. So, I took to my other obsession, Pinterest, to peruse ideas for up-cycling these little gems in the home. Check out these 6 DIY ideas featuring repurposed pallets!
Front Facing Bookshelf: Show off your favorite book covers with this statement piece.
Headboard: Mount pallets to the wall behind your bed for a vintage inspired look.
Kitchen Cupboard: If you’ve got a serious knack for carpentry and a need for extra storage, take on this glorious kitchen behemoth.
Outdoor Planter: I love the idea of pallets as planters. This structure could make way for an impressive herb garden.
Coffee Tables: Deconstruct pallets and use the wood to make rustic coffee tables with lots of character.
Outdoor Table: Stack pallets and add wheels to create the ultimate conversation piece at summer cookouts.
