Beach Properties of Florida announces the opening of two satellite real estate offices in Seagrove at Hotel Viridian and onsite at WaterSound Beach in the GateHouse.  The offices will be in addition to the current WaterColor location in the SunTrust Bank Building at WaterColor Crossings.  The new locations were carefully selected based on market research by co-owners Hunter Harman, Price Rainer and John David Sullivan to allow Beach Properties of Florida to provide unparalleled service and accessibility to its customers.

Ashley Palmer is not only a managing partner at Crush Wine Bar in Seaside, Florida but she is also a Certified Sommelier and one of the nicest people you will ever meet!  Ashley has always had a passion for wine and was introduced to the Master Sommelier/Director of Wine for Bellagio in Las Vegas while she was working there.  He became not only a good friend, but a mentor that guided Ashley through the process of becoming a Certified Sommelier.


The Resort Collection of Panama City Beach announced that Gina Jamison has joined the company as director of reservations. Jamison’s responsibilities include managing the reservations system, working with sales and front desk to manage the resort’s revenue budget, handling billing, and managing human resources within the department.


This year, Convention South magazine released its annual Meeting Trends in the South Report for 2010, in collaboration with PKF Hospitality Research, exemplifying “light at the end of the tunnel” for the corporate group sales segment.
