The snap, crackle and pop disappeared from the Black Eyed Peas’ “I Gotta Feeling” performance by the Top 20 on American Idol Thursday night, leaving me questioning why? Normally, this song makes you jump up and dance but I was left feeling a little depressed. The depression continued on, taking down one of my favorites along with it.

On Friday, I was able to be a part of the phone conference with the first eliminated contestants on Season 9 of American Idol. Janell Wheeler, Ashley Rodriguez, Joe Munoz, and Tyler Grady each spoke for about 15 minutes answering questions from writers all over the country.
