Want to help make Christmas merrier for some children and their families in need this year? The Emerald Coast Children’s Advocacy Center’s (ECCAC) annual Adopt-A-Family program is underway. They are seeking donors who will purchase gifts for individual families who have been identified by the Center. Last year, the program helped 261 children have a brighter holiday.

The event is open to the public and will be held at Celebration Hall in Santa Rosa Beach from 6-8:30 p.m. Guests will enjoy heavy hors d’oeuvres and delicious desserts provided by 30A’s top restaurants including Bud & Alley’s, Vue on 30a, Signature Catering of 30A and more. The evening will also feature live music by Maxwell McCann, a silent auction and complimentary wine and champagne. Event attendees are encouraged to bring a $10 grocery gift card to support Food For Thought Outreach, Inc.

Using a lot of imagination, hard work and a little elbow grease, area builders are hard at work finalizing their creations for this year’s event.
